ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Prepare a detailed project plan in MS Project, Jira, or equivalent tool for complex enterprise software development and implementation projects.
  • Prepare a resource plan, work breakdown structure, and establish deadlines outlining the critical path and key dependencies.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Identify potential risks and develop a mitigation plan.
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities for all team members, customer IT, business stakeholders, governance committee, and third parties/vendors.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • LIMS Configuration and Development: Customize and configure LabWare LIMS to meet specific laboratory requirements. Develop and maintain LIMS workflows, templates, and reports.
  • System Integration: Integrate LIMS with other laboratory instruments and enterprise systems. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support to LIMS users. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
  • Project Management: Project Management: Manage LIMS implementation and upgrade projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the LIMS functions as expected. Address any issues or bugs promptly.

  • Set up the Learning and Development department from scratch, establishing processes, policies, and infrastructure.
