ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Writing and posting technical job descriptions to relevant media platforms.
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Highly skilled in debugging ETL logic (data issues/discrepancies).
  • Design, develop, test, and implement ETL solutions using IBM DataStage.
  • Expert level support for ETL failures.
  • Provide support for production DataStage jobs as needed.
  • Provide support for ongoing data loads and issue resolution.
  • Deploy DataStage jobs to production environments.
  • Troubleshoot DataStage job failures and provide root cause analysis.
  • Intermediate skills in Linux to be able to collaborate with Linux administrators and upgrade/path DataStage environment.

Experience

  • 5+ years of IT experience with in-depth exposure of SQL.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in development/support and administration of IBM DataStage ETL pipelines
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Outstanding analytical & problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with production DataStage jobs debugging.
  • Should be able to effectively communicate with the client teams directly.

WORK LOCATION

  • Remote / Pune / Raipur (Remote, with travel to Raipur (Chhattisgarh) three times a year for three weeks on first visit and 2 weeks on subsequent visits).
  • Willing to travel on short-term to client locations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. GST Compliance and TDS Management:

  • Perform GST calculations, manage payments, and file GST returns timely.
  • Prepare and manage e-invoice.
  • Calculate, manage, and prepare data and then work with CA office and payroll teams to determine and file TDS payments and returns.

2. Payroll and Employee Management:

  • Manage salary payroll, including processing payments and maintaining records.
  • Handle full and final settlements (FNF) for employees leaving the company.
  • Validate salary structure and support any financial related queries from employees.

3. Statutory Compliance:

  • Manage EPFO & ESIC payments and file returns.
  • Ensure compliance with Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) and Professional Tax regulations.

4. Bookkeeping and Data Management:

  • Update the daybook with detailed remarks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date entries in Tally for all bank and cash transactions.

5. Payments and Vendor Coordination:

  • Process vendor payments promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with banks for various transactions and manage bank reconciliations.

6. Client Invoicing:

  • Review timesheets and contracts to prepare accurate client invoices.
  • Submit invoices to clients and track payments.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely receipts.

7. Audit Support:

  • Work closely with the CA office to provide required data for GST, TDS, and annual audits.

8. Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare financial statements and reports as needed to support management decisions.

9. General Accounting:

  • Handle other accounting duties as required by the finance leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in accounting, preferably in IT or professional services industry.
  • Proficiency in Tally and advanced computer skills in MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, EPFO, ESIC, and labor laws regulations.
  • Any knowledge of international transactions and trade regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors, employees, and the CA office.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Participate and Contribute in the complete SDLC for End-End-Delivery of .NET applications
  • Understand functional/technical problems and come-up with solution approach.
  • Understand existing code base and contribute to application enhancements.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot production issues and system failures; determine corrective action and improvements to prevent recurrence.
